Listing Conditions

  2. Your listing will be available or updated in three to seven working days (or up to 10 working days in some circumstances). Shopper CEO cannot guarantee the exact listing duration.
  3. Content that violates any of Shopper CEO’s policies may be deleted at Shopper CEO’s discretion.
  4. You enter into a legally binding contract with us after you purchase an Ad spaces on our website.
  5. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free right to exercise any and all copyright, publicity, trademark and other intellectual property rights you have in the provided content and materials in any media known now or developed in the future.
  6. You represent and warrant that your provision of content to us and use of any such content, including any works derived from it, by us does not infringe any rights of any person, company and business.
  7. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of such business and bind the business to this Term of Use. Such account is owned and controlled by the business entity. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Terms of Use.

Fees

All fees and charges are calculated based on the data collected from our end.

You must pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with our services by the payment due date. If your account is overdue, a late fee will be applied. $15 will be charged to your account in the first day of every 15 days of account overdue.

Content

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify us, we will inform the advertiser immediately.

Privacy of Others

If Shopper CEO provides you with information about other users, you agree that you will use the information only for the purposes that is provided to you only. You cannot disclose, sell, rent, or distribute our user’s information to a third party. Additionally, you may not use the information for any marketing and other purposes, unless you have the consent of our users to do so.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  1. Although business page content is uploaded by Shopper CEO, all materials, including but not limited to links, contents, photos, any form of text and videos are provided by the eateries. Shopper CEO has no control over and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of services and products advertised; the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings; the ability of the eateries to provide services; the ability of buyers to pay for services.Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
  2. You indemnify us from and against all claims, suits, demands, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) resulting from your use of the website.
  3. In no event will we be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense including legal costs and expenses (whether direct or indirect) incurred by you in connection with the use of this website.
