You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of such business and bind the business to this Term of Use. Such account is owned and controlled by the business entity. Fees

All fees and charges are calculated based on the data collected from our end.

You must pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with our services by the payment due date. If your account is overdue, a late fee will be applied. $15 will be charged to your account in the first day of every 15 days of account overdue.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify us, we will inform the advertiser immediately.

If Shopper CEO provides you with information about other users, you agree that you will use the information only for the purposes that is provided to you only.
